...... 1989 that's when it all began.Few months later we had our first gig which gave us the wings to continue,not that we just play music for the others but a band needs a crowd.And if it wouldn't been for you and all of the others left behind we wouldn't be here today. 1991 we released our first demo BUT THIS SICK WORLD HAS GONE OUTTA CONTROL things were going quite well during this period especially for new punk/hardcore band with no expierience.In 1992 we released our 2 demo PREDOMINATED BY HATRED and things were getting better and better for us. Time was passing by and the punk scene started to divide into many styles,it wasn't just one anymore,making it difficult for many bands including us during this period not to mention all the crappy rumors. 1994 we recorded ALONE THEY CRY and at the same time the band was proceeding to line up changes,Doum was our new drummer and we decided to go as a four member band.Two years later we came up with another demo WE MUST NEVER GIVE UP and at the same time the punk scene was getting stronger,and we were getting more people at the shows.once again the years were passing making jealousy and ignorance from others our fuel to come up with our first c.d. STILL CAN'T BRING US DOWN in 1998, afterwards we gain back the respect.As Chris was joining the band we lost our friend and bassist RICK after being with us for so many years. As of now were still alive.AND we are now back as a five member band with Dan 86..... R.I.P. RICK try not to be too naughty where ever you might be bro. MORE THAN 10 YEARS AFTER , IN 2009 SELFCONTROL RELEASES A NEW ALBUM "AS FAST AS YOU CAN" . In 2013 we are alive!
